Moplen HP1073 is a polypropylene homopolymer designed for the production of biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP). PP粒料为本色、圆柱状颗粒，颗粒光洁，粒子的尺寸在任意方向上为2mm～5mm，无臭无毒，无机械杂质。本品以高纯度丙烯为主要原料，乙烯为共聚单体，采用高活性催化剂在62℃～80℃及低于4.0MPa的压力下经气相反应生产聚丙烯粉料，再经干燥、混炼、挤压、造粒、筛分、均化成聚丙烯颗粒。密度为0.90 g/cm3～0.91g/cm3，是通用塑料中最轻的一种。聚丙烯树脂具有优良的机械性能和耐热性能，使用温度范围-30℃～140℃。同时具有优良的电绝缘性能和化学稳定性，几乎不吸水，与绝大多数化学品接触不发生作用。本品耐腐蚀，抗张强度30MPa，强度、刚性和透明性都比聚乙烯好；缺点是耐低温冲击性差，较易老化，但可分别通过改性和添加抗氧剂予以克服。与发烟硫酸、发烟硝酸、铬酸溶液、卤素、苯、四氯化碳、氯仿等接触有腐蚀作用。可用作工程塑料，适用于制电视机、收音机外壳、电器绝缘材料、防腐管道、板材、贮槽等，也用于生产扁丝、纤维、包装薄膜等。
